Stephanie Williams: The National Forum Timing Will Be Known And Will Have Clear Outputs

The Deputy Head of the United Nations Support Mission in Libya, Stephanie Williams, confirmed that the National Forum will be in a known and limited phase with clear outputs and a limited timetable.

In a press statement, on Sunday, Williams clarified the importance of implementing a “correct and radical” solution to the outcome of the forum, stressing that the Forum will not be a new body that would “enter the country in the cycle of conflict.”

The United Nations Mission in Libya confirmed at the beginning of January that all information relating to the National Forum including date, place and other details, will be announced first through the communication channels of the mission. And that they the invitations would only be sent by them.
