Chairman of the National Oil Corporation (NOC), Mustafa Sanallah, said that the oil sector faces great challenges, and that the workers face difficult circumstances as a result of what is “woven from plots and violations” and closure of oilfields, which are all attempts to undermine the role of the corporation in providing the necessary budgets to achieve the economic reforms.
In a speech at the During the (AGM) General Assembly meeting in Benghazi, on Tuesday, Sanallah said that the organization faces a number of challenges, including delays in the adoption of budgets, which in turn delays the institution’s implementation of its projects, according to the official website of the Foundation.
