Chad deploying troops near border with Libya

Chad has deployed ground troops near its border with Libya, Bloomberg reported on Friday.

The American news agency added that the Chadian move comes in the context of strengthening its military presence near the border with Libya, revealing that Chad has also deployed warplanes as well.

The head of the Presidential Council (PC), Faiz Al-Sarraj visited the Chadian capital N’Djamena on July 26, where he met with Chadian President Idriss Deby.
