The Libyan Football Federation has set the athletes registration period for 2018-2019 starting from July 24 until mid-September and the second period starts on the first day of next year and closes on the 30th of the same month.
In its decision, the Libyan Federation demanded the clubs abide by the international registration system (tms) when registering professional players
