Sowan says Haftar Forces crimes and ISIS are both terrorism

The head of the Justice and Construction Party, Mohamed Sowan said on Thursday Haftar Forces crimes, extrajudicial killings and the latest in Derna are no different from the acts of ISIS, describing their work as “terrorism.”

On his official page, Sowan stressed that those who commit or allow such crimes can not convince people that they are building an institution or bringing security to them.

He also said that all laws, local and international, condemn human rights violations and that they do not drop the perpetrators of the statute of limitations.

On Tuesday, social media sites posted a video showing members of Haftar Forces carrying out field executions of civilians in Derna.
