Libyan Airlines resumes flights to Ubari

Libyan Airlines spokesperson, Mohamed Knewa said on Sunday, the company would resume flights to Upari city airport starting Monday.

In a statement to ArraedLG, Knewa said flights would resume at the rate of one each week, after Ubari airport was suspended for a long time due to technical problems at the airstrip that were “harmful” to the safety of aircrafts.

Libya Airways stopped flights to Ubari airport because of deteriorating conditions at the airport.
