Sabha Elders Council member, Hassan Al-Rqeeq said on Thursday, the city is witnessing a lack of security, and that security breaches occur daily.
Al-Rqeeq said in a statement to ArraedLG that the Sixth Brigade elements are committed to the cease-fire agreement, and self-defense according to the directives of the brigade commander, adding that the other party did not abide by the agreement.
