PC opens investigation into corruption cases raised by Al-Hassi

The head of the Presidential Council (PC) spokesperson, Mohamed Al-Salak said on Sunday, PC ordered an investigation into corruption cases raised recently in the media.

PC head, Faiz Al-Saraj followed with interest accusations of corruption in the state in recent media reports, affirming the start of an investigation into these allegations, according to Al-Salak.

The former Libyan consul in Egypt, Adel Al-Hassi revealed, in a television interview, on issues of corruption, and waste of funds and property of the state, related to deputies of the Presidential Council, a deputy in the House of Representatives (HOR) and ministers of education, foreign affairs and finance in the Government of National Accord (GNA).
