Libyan consulate in Alexandria suspends work

The Libyan consulate in Alexandria announced it is suspending work, from Saturday until further notice.

The Consul General, Adel Al-Hassi said on Sunday, in a statement obtained by ArraedLG, the consulate suspended work after the headquarters was broken into.

A group of persons affiliated with the former Libyan consul in Egypt, Mohamed Al-Dersi, stormed the headquarters of the Libyan consulate in Alexandria, Egypt.
