UNICEF organizes workshop with Tunisian and Libyan judges

The German Ministry of Economic Development sponsored a workshop that included judges and prosecutors from Libya and Tunisia as part of the cooperation between the countries of the southern Mediterranean.

The workshop, held in Tunis on Friday with the support of the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), aimed to develop learning and exchange of practices and experiences related to child-friendly courts and the human resources required to protect children who deal with the law.

The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) is concerned with protecting children’s rights and improving the lives of children and their families.
