Al Ittihad beats Akwa United 1-0 at the CAF Confederation Cup

Al Ittihad managed to beat Nigeria’s Akwa United 1-0 on Wednesday in the round of 32 African Confederation Cup.

The substitute Moad Issa scored a header in the final minutes of the match that was played at Taïeb Mhiri stadium in Sfax, Tunisia.

The two sides will play the away leg on March 16, in Nigeria, to determine who will qualify to the next round.
