Misurata central hospital upgraded to a medical center

The Misurata Central Hospital was upgraded on Tuesday to a medical center during a ceremony held at the hospital’s headquarters where a new logo for the center was unveiled.

The health official in Misurata municipality, Mohamed Al-Toumi affirmed during a speech at the ceremony, the importance of exerting more effort and specialized professional work to keep pace with this change and improve health services in this vital facility.

The ceremony was held in the presence of members of the Misurata Municipal Council, the Turkish consul and his deputy, the Italian hospital official and representatives of the Health Ministry.
