The political adviser to the head of the Presidential Council (PC), Al-Tahir Al-Sunni affirmed on Wednesday, that the Supreme Court ended the controversy raised about the Constitution Drafting Assembly (CDA), hoping that this represents an end to the transitional phases in the country.
Al-Sunni, on Twitter, demanded the House of Representatives (HOR) to rush into issuing the referendum law, “without devoting to division,” calling on the Libyans to exercise their right to vote on the law.
On Wednesday, the administrative department of the Supreme Court ruled that the administrative judiciary has no jurisdiction over the work of the CDA.
