Omran: Supreme Court hearing on constitution lawsuit postponed due to ruling of Al-Beda appeal court

The Supreme Court set the 7th of February as the date of the appeal hearing filed by members of Constitution Draft Assembly (CDA) against a ruling issued by Al-Beda Court of Appeal against the Constitution draft.

A member of the CDA from Sabha, Nadia Omran told ArraedLG the postponement of the hearing from the 24th of January, was because of a ruling on the same case from Al-Beda Court of Appeal before the date of the Supreme Court.

The House of Representatives (HOR) and the High State Council, are waiting the Supreme Court’s ruling on the matter to agree on a unified referendum law.
