On Sunday, the medical staff at the Sabha Medical Center announced that they will be suspending work for 10 days in all areas of the center until their demands are met.
The center’s spokesperson, Osama Al-Wafi, said that “the suspension of work inside the center is due to the kidnapping of the general surgery doctor, the deterioration of the security conditions inside the center, and the medical staffs being subjected to violence and abuse,” adding that they will continue to suspend their work until their demands are met.
