On Thursday members of the Presidential Guard concluded a course on international humanitarian law and first aid during armed conflict. The course was sponsored by of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) delegation to Libya and was under the supervision of the Human Rights Office of the Presidential Guard.
