On Tuesday, the local Derna Council called for the prosecution of Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi and the leader of Operation Dignity, Khalifa Hafer, in addition to Speaker of the HOR Aqila Salih for “committing war crimes against civilians”
In a statement published on Dernas ofiicial Facebook page, the Local authority invited the UN envoy in Libya to call for an emergency meeting of the Security Council to impose an air embargo and lift the siege on the city.
