On Tuesday, the Council of Elders and Dignitaries in #Sabratha released a statement condemning the continuance of fighting in the city and called on all parties to immediately cease fire.
The Council praised efforts at healing the rift and seeking reason in order to spare the city from war and destruction.
The Council also condemned the non-compliance of the brigade responsible for combatting ISIS with initiatives to bring blood bank services and for the removal of armed groups from #Sabratha.
