Assistant Commander of the #Sirte Security Force, Ali Rafidah, stated that numerous authorities, including the Presidential Council, have failed the #Sirte Security Forces.
According to the Media Center of Bunyan Al-Marsoos, Rafidah blamed the Presidential Council’s lack of power in supporting the logistics and the entitlements of its members. He also blamed the council for neglecting the civilians who were injured and killed.
