On Wednesday, the Libyan Red Crescent in #Benghazi stated they had found a number of bodies handcuffed with marks of torture and gunshot wounds.
They added that the appointed authorities prevented investigation into the matter.
The Red Crescent branch of #Benghazi confirmed that the number of bodies found in garbage dumps and streets of the city exceeded 44 bodies since the beginning of the year so far. Of these 44 bodies 39 were identified and the remaining cases are unknown.
