#Government #Libya #News – Protesters in #Sabha demand crackdown on fuel traders

On Sunday, the Fezan Anti-Corruption group protested in front of the #Sabha Municipal Council, demanding the removal of the director of the #Sabha oil depot, increased control over fuel stations, and the securing of roads in preparation for the arrival of fuel trucks to the southern region.

The protesters released a statement saying that the situation had become catastrophic, as the price of a liter of gasoline has reached three dinars, and the price of a cooking cylinder has exceeded 40 dinars due to the fuel shortage and the black market’s control on the fuel trade.
