#Government #Libya #News – General Electricity and Libyan Fund for Internal Investment sign an agreement to finance power generation projects

    On Wednesday, the General Electricity Company and the Libyan Fund for Internal Investment signed an agreement in #Tripoli, to finance projects for the construction and maintenance of power plants with a total capacity of more than 2000 MW, in the western and eastern regions of #Tripoli, #Misrata and #Tobruk.
    The implementation of these projects will start in October, and will take 12 to 18 months to complete.  
    The signing ceremony was attended by Fayez Al-Sarraj, President of the Presidential Council of the Government of National Accord, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Electricity Company, and the Internal Investment Fund.
