Ghassan Salame, the UN Special Envoy to #Libya, said that he has been monitoring events in #Sabratha since day one and demanding that the ceasefire be implemented “completely”.
Salame stressed the importance of respecting international humanitarian law and not harming civilians- as reported by the mission’s Twitter account.
