The Foreign Minister of the Government of National Accord, Mohamed Siala, called on embassies that are still operating from outside #Libya to follow the example of the Italian Embassy and return to the city of #Tripoli.
In a press statement on Thursday, while sending off Italian Foreign Minister Angelino Alfano at the Mitiga airport in #Tripoli, Siala stated that he had held important talks with his Italian counterpart, aimed at developing relations between #Libya and #Italy and implementing the agreements concluded between the two countries.
Siala added that he discussed with Alfano the return of Italian lines to link Libyan airports to Italian airports; following the first stage of easing the process for Libyans to apply for schengen visas.
