On Wednesday, the first conference on tourism in #Libya, launched under the theme of “Tourism, Reality and Challenges”, was concluded in #Tripoli.
During the conference, the participants presented research papers on the reality of internal tourism, the sites of cultural heritage in #Libya, the possibility of benefiting from social networking sites in the promotion of tourism, and the idea of establishing a tourist investment bank.
The participants discussed the role of tourism police in achieving tourism security; as well as the possibility of establishing the tourism Atlas of #Libya project and its importance in the strategic planning of the tourism sector.
On the sidelines of the conference was the exhibition of tourism and traditional industries presented by the #Ghadames and #Beni_Walid Offices of Tourism and the National Parks Authority.
