Foreign Ministry Spokesman Lev Dengov denied reports that #Moscow intends to establish a military naval base in eastern #Libya.
Dengov issued a statement in La Repubblica newspaper stating that #Russia has no military intentions in #Libya further explaining that Russia wants to be a mediator in restoring peace in #Libya.
Dingov expected the arrival of a Libyan delegation to #Moscow, representing economic sectors, in order to discuss cooperative measures with their Russian counterparts.
