On Sunday, the Ministry of Defense of the Government of National Accord released a statement calling on the parties involved in the conflict in #Sabratha to immediately cease fire.
The ministry stated on its Facebook page that it had not issued any fighting orders to any party in #Sabratha; demanding an end to military operations and the city’s destruction.
The ministry expressed its rejection of the killing of the residents of the city; adding that legal consequences will be applied to those who do not comply with the orders of the ministry to immediately cease fire in all areas of #Sabratha.
