The head of the military council of #Sabratha Taher Gharabli told ArraedLG on Saturday, that the city is witnessing a calm after the clashes that took place on Friday.
In his statement, Gharabli stressed that the reconciliation committee did not reach a ceasefire agreement between the parties involved the conflict, due to a delay in concerning the approval of one of the terms of the agreement.
