UN envoy to #Libya, Ghassan Salame, stated that the Secretary-General of the United Nations will address the Heads of State during a session on #Libya on September 20, on the sidelines of the General Assembly’s conference. The Secretary General aims to discuss a plan of action to amend the political agreement through a number of necessary transitional stages, that ends at a certain stage with broad elections.
