On Tuesday, Italian Foreign Minister, Angelino Alfano, stated that #Libya needs unified security forces under the presidential council and that is subject to civilian authorities in order to fight ISIS.
Alfano, quoted by AKI news agency, stated that #Italy is waiting with interest for the proposal for the way forward to be submitted by UN envoy Ghassan Salame to the United Nations on September 20.
