On Thursday, an official source confirmed that the head of Operation Dignity, Khalifa Haftar, will not be participating in the African summit at the request of Abdulrahman Asswehly to the President of Congo. Asswehly informed the President of Congo that he will not participate in the meetings of the summit if Khalifa Haftar were to attend.
