On Saturday, the member of parliament from #Nofaliya, Sidra Amer Amran Nasr, stated that the area of #Nofaliya has been under siege for the past 3 days by armed militia groups.
Nasr stressed that these groups have been kidnapping, killing and extorting in the region without deterrence, for more than a year.
He added that the remnants of ISIS militants reorganized their ranks near the field of Mabruk and Takarafat and South of #Sirte and #Ras_lanuf. Nasr stressed that their activity is noticeable, despite prior warnings.
