The head of the Senate of #Derna, Khalil Bin Saud, stated that they have communicated with the President of the Council of Elders, the Council of Elders of #Libya, and the military; in attempts to allow entry of flour into the city, but that their efforts were unsuccessful.
Bin Saud stressed that the humanitarian situation in the city is deteriorating, especially after Dignity Operation forces prevented the flour trucks from entering the city on Monday, forcing a number of bakeries to close.
