The Minister of the Local Government, Badad Qansu, on Wednesday appointed the mayor of the municipality of Brak El-Shati, as a successor to the former mayor Mohammed Jalgham.
The members of the municipal council of Brak El-Shati lost confidence in the former mayor, Mohammed Nasr, in mid-May.
