The head of the Constitution Drafting Assembly, Noah Abdel Sayed, called on the members of the House of Representatives on Friday to take a “courageous decision” and issue a referendum law on the draft constitution. This referendum law, which was voted in favor in late July, will enable Libyan citizens to exercise their right to vote.
