The Russian “Novosti” agency, quoting a diplomatic source, said on Sunday that the visit of Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Hussein al-Qatrani, to Russia is under study, without having a specific date.
The source added that the visit is being worked on without agreeing on its date or program, pointing out that the Libyan side itself requested to postpone the visit.
