Member of the Roadmap Committee formed by the HoR, Suleiman al-Faqih, said in a statement to Arraed on Tuesday, that the committee will hold the second meeting today with the Supreme Council of State in Tripoli; to discuss the constitutional process.
Al-Faqih added that in the meeting we held yesterday with the Electoral Commission, we discussed the technical aspects of holding the elections, noting that the road map needs certain time table, and we want to collect all the proposals from all sides and parties.
Al-Faqih made it clear in his statement that the series of meetings of the Road Map Committee is continuing in Tripoli, and we will hold meetings with several different parties.
It is worth noting that the House of Representatives decided, on December 23, to form a committee comprising ten of its members; To prepare a roadmap proposal after postponing the presidential elections that were scheduled for December 24.
