On Wednesday, the head of the management council of the Democratic Party, Mohamed Suwan, welcomed the court rulings issued by the Tripoli Court of Appeal.
In a post on his personal page, Suwan called on all parties to move forward with the elections, stressing that it is the only way out of the current political crisis.
It is worth noting that the Tripoli Appeals Court ruled, on Wednesday, to reject the two appeals against presidential candidate Abdul Hamid Dbaiba, and he returned to the electoral race.
