The Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, “Fatou Bensouda,” said that they are working to verify reports related to the killing of the wanted person, Mahmoud Al-Werfalli.
Bensouda denied, in statements published on the official website of the International Criminal Court, on Monday, that there is a team affiliated with the Criminal Court in Libya to investigate the incident, describing it as misleading and inaccurate information.
It is worth noting that Al-Werfalli was killed last Wednesday in Benghazi, after an armed attack on his car near the Arab Medical University.
