On his arrival in Tobruk, Al-Manifi added that the unification of institutions will improve the living conditions of the citizen and that there will be no elections in the absence of security and the economy, assuring that he has several perceptions of national reconciliation and will seek as a presidential council to choose the personalities who lead this project.
