The first flights of the “Egypt Air” company took off on Monday to the Qatari capital Doha, with 38 passengers on board, after the opening of airspace between the two countries, which was suspended for 3 years.
“Arabi RT” quoted the company’s director, Rushdi Zakaria, that there will be two flights a day from Cairo Airport to Qatar in the morning and evening, and four weekly flights from Burj Al Arab airport.
It is worth noting that the Egyptian Ministry of Civil Aviation announced in 2017 the suspension of all flights between Egypt and Qatar.
