The leader of the failed aggression against Tripoli, Khalifa Haftar, on Thursday described the Libyans as “the ignorant people,” saying: The base of ignorance in Libya is very large.
Haftar added, during his visit to the book fair in recent days, that the Libyans do not have the technology and computers equipment, explaining to the Libyans how to acquire books, saying: they can borrow them from the library if they needs them and return them when they finish reading them.
