A spokesman for the High Representative for Security and Foreign Policy in the European Union, Josef Borrell, said Monday that they are ready to contribute with their full potential, to push for a political solution in Libya.
Borrell, according to the Italian agency AKI, confirmed their readiness to double the effort, in order to support the work of the United Nations to consolidate political dialogue in Libya.
It is worth noting that the head of the European Union’s mission to Libya, José Sabadell, said, Friday, that the European Union stands with the Libyans in their quest to achieve peace, stressing that the coming weeks will be crucial for Libya.
