Al Naqasa: The next meeting of the 5 + 5 committee will set a timetable for evacuating the mercenaries.

A member of the “5 + 5” Joint Military Committee, Brigadier Mukhtar Al Naqasa, said on Monday that the area agreed to remove the mercenaries from at the Ghadames Junction extends from the Al-Souda Gate south of Sukna to the Boqrain Gate, east of Misurata, and from there to Bin Jawad.

In a statement to the Turkish Anadolu Agency, Al Naqasa added that the Wagner mercenaries are still present with some Janjaweed mercenaries in Sirte, stressing that their evacuation will take place after agreeing on a specific timetable during their next meeting.

Al Naqasa confirmed that the two parties of the committee are currently consulting with the commanders of the axes to finalize the implementation of the agreement approved in Sirte, indicating that they will hold another meeting within two weeks, and that the opening distance of the coastal road does not exceed 5 kilometers south of the road as a first stage.

Al Nakasa revealed that the subcommittee formed by the two parties includes 8 officers who, along with international observers, will handle the process of withdrawing mercenaries during the period that will be agreed upon at the next meeting.

It is worth noting that the members of the Joint Military Committee 5 + 5 agreed, last Thursday, at the permanent residence of the committee in the city of Sirte, to remove foreign mercenaries and assemble them in specific points; In preparation for their departure from the Libyan lands, opening the coastal road, and providing everything necessary to protect citizens during their movement through it, provided that the competent committees undertake the that task.
