American media reported that Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman received a summons to appear before the Washington court; On charges of trying to assassinate the former Saudi security advisor Saad Al-Jabri
According to “Russia Today” channel, a memorandum and letters of summons were sent to Bin Salman via the “WhatsApp” application, in Arabic and English, on September 22, according to a Washington court document that the media showed on Thursday.
The court documents also included a picture of the sent letters, showing their arrival and access to them by the addressee, as the memo was sent specifically at 4:05 PM Eastern Time in the United States (11:05 PM Saudi time), and the addressee saw them 20 minutes after their arrival.
It is worth noting that the former Saudi security advisor, Saad Al-Jabri, has filed a case against the Saudi Crown Prince, Mohammed bin Salman, in which he claims that he sent the famous “Tiger Squad” that killed the journalist Jamal Khashogji in Turkey, to assassinate him in Canada in October 2018, and the Canadian authorities confirmed this.
