NATO welcomes the 5-5 Committee’s agreement on a permanent ceasefire in Libya.

NATO Secretary General Jans Stoltenberg welcomed the permanent ceasefire agreement between the Libyan parties, signed by the 5 + 5 Joint Military Committee.

“Stoltenberg”, according to the Russian Sputnik Agency – Saturday, renewed NATO’s support for the efforts of the United Nations to solve the Libyan crisis, stressing that this agreement is a step to find a peaceful solution in Libya, calling on everyone to abide by and respect the agreement.

On Friday, the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres, called on the international community to support the commitment to the ceasefire reached by the Libyan parties in Geneva.
