Head of Tarhuna management Council: We have started a psychological rehabilitation program to save the families of the victims of “Alkali” crimes.

On Friday, the Chairman of the management Council, Tarhuna Mohamed Al-Kisher, announced that they had begun work on a psychological rehabilitation program, in cooperation with Al-Zaytuna University, to save children, youth and women whose relatives were killed in front of their eyes, from imminent danger, according to him.

Al-Kisher demanded, in a statement especially for Arraed, the GNA to distinguish Tarhuna from the rest of the Libyan municipalities. In view of the difficult and exceptional circumstances they have gone through, and the crimes against humanity committed by the “Alkani” gangs against hundreds of Tarhuna families.

Al-Kisher said that he is fully aware that Tarhuna was a launching point for the invading gangs of the capital, Tripoli, adding that in return for that hundreds of freedom fighters were in the ranks of the reconciliation government forces, in addition to the displacement that affected a number of Tarhuna families and lasted for years as a result of their rejection of the practices of the “Alkani” gangs. As he put it.

Al-Kisher was surprised by the marginalization of their municipality, adding that not a single concrete brick was built in the city, wondering, “Is this the penalty for a city that day after day a new mass grave is discovered containing the corpses and remains of children, youth, women and elderly, who were killed because they rejected the rule of the military?

He emphasized that the number of mass graves discovered in Tarhuna was not discovered in any other Libyan city.

It is worth noting that the Public Authority for Search and Identification of Missing Persons has revealed so far that it has recently recovered more than 86 bodies and remains from several mass graves in Tarhuna.
