The Spanish magazine “Atalayar” reported, on Wednesday, that there is military cooperation between the Government of National Accord and the Turkish Armed Forces to develop the capabilities of the Libyan army and turn it into a regular army with international standards.
The magazine added in a report, that Turkish advisors will oversee the exercises and provide logistical assistance with the aim of restructuring the Libyan army into a regular force.
The newspaper reported that Defense Minister Salah Addin Al-Namroush confirmed that he had started working with the Turkish side to implement the program of building the armed forces, restructuring them and developing the army
