The American “Bloomberg” agency revealed, on Monday, that the first shipment of Libyan oil will be exported, next Thursday, from the port of Hraiqa in Tobruk, after the National Oil Corporation announced the partial lifting of the force majeure.
The agency added, according to an informed source, that the tanker Marlin Shikoku will arrive at Hraiqa port, operated by the Arabian Gulf Oil Company, next Thursday , to load crude oil, indicating that this tanker is chartered by Unipec, the commercial arm of the largest state-owned refining company in China, Suez-Max tankers can typically contain around one million barrels of oil.
In the same context, the agency indicated that work has not yet started in the Al Sharara field, which has a production capacity of 300,000 barrels per day.
It is worth noting that the National Oil Corporation announced, on Friday, the lifting of force majeure from the ports and oil fields where there are no Russian Wagner mercenaries.
