On Sunday, the Tripoli Council and the Fezzanian Commission welcomed the dialogue sponsored by the United Nations Mission in the cities of Bo-zniqa and Montreux, and the invitation of deputies to Cairo in order to communicate with the Egyptian government; To support the Libyan political dialogue, end the political blockage and armed conflict, and lift the blockade on oil installations.
In a statement, the Fezzan Commission stressed the need to maintain the ceasefire, to evacuate the entire Sirte and Al-Jufra regions from all forces, and to implement the international proposal, which is the demilitarized buffer zone, and take the necessary measures to separate the massed forces in Al-Jufra and Sirte and around them.
Fezzan Commission called on the Parliament and the Supreme Council of the State to expedite the completion of all the understandings that they must reach with regard to the criteria and mechanisms of forming the government and sovereign positions, taking into account the geographical, social and political quotas, to ease the tension resulting from the lack of justice and transparency in spending the state’s oil and gas revenues.
For its part, the Tripoli Commission affirmed its keenness to dismiss anyone who does not believe in the civil state, and turned his back on the political track and was involved in cases that amount to war crimes against humanity.
The Tripoli Commission stressed not to give the opportunity again to anyone who failed to manage the previous stage, especially those at the head of the current sovereign bodies.
The talks of the Libyan parties began under the auspices of the United Nations in the Moroccan city of Bo-zniqa.
